・Concernant les envois de produits, nous vous rappelons qu'il n'est pas possible au client de fixer une date d'expédition ou de livraison.
・Il existe des restrictions concernant les produits défectueux. Si un produit vous semble défectueux, veuillez nous contacter au maximum dans les 7 jours suivants la réception du produit en question.
・Concernant le packaging du produit, celui-ci est considéré comme enveloppe de protection du produit. À moins que le produit en lui-même ne soit détérioré, un packaging défectueux n'est pas éligible à remplacement.
・Pour les informations plus précises concernant la date d'envoi des produits, celles-ci seront envoyées dans un courriel séparé à chaque client.
